Orchid Painting

This is an orchid painting of Vuylstekeara Aloha Passion, one of several orchids in Elena's tropical plant collection.  Vuylstekeara Aloha Passion is the offspring of  x Odontioda crossed with Miltonia.  It has branched inflorescences carrying dark pink flowers with light pink lips.  The flowers last for at least six weeks and give Elena plenty of time to carefully render an accurate painting of this beautiful orchid.
